Las Vegas Elliot Anderson is a member of the Appeals & Legal Issues and Litigation Practice in Greenberg Traurig’s Las Vegas office. He has been involved with cases in many areas of law, including consumer bankruptcy, complex commercial litigation, criminal law, general civil law, HOA superpriority litigation, and post-conviction collateral review. Elliot’s practice focuses on multiple industries, including aviation, banking, financial services, and health care. Elliot is also an experienced appellate advocate who has represented clients, in all industries, throughout Nevada. He also works with clients and trial teams in resolving business and contract disputes, and other issues of importance to his clients. In addition, Elliot has a substantial administrative law and regulatory practice given his extensive experience in, and deep understanding of, all parts of Nevada government. Elliot served the public as an Assemblyman in the Nevada Legislature from 2010-2018, and before that time, on active duty in the United States Marine Corps from 2001-2005. Elliot has clerked at both the Nevada Supreme Court and at the Eighth Judicial District Court of Nevada, which primarily handled business matters.
